Temporarily suspended services
We are working with customers to offer as much flexibility as we can.
This includes extending the validity of purchased tickets until 31 December 2020 if customers wish to reschedule and use them in the future.
If you had an event or flight cancelled, or simply no longer wish to travel with us, unfortunately we are unable to offer ticket refunds.
Enhanced hygiene measures
SkyBus cares deeply about the safety, health and wellbeing of all of our people, passengers and community. As soon as the outbreak occurred, we responded.
We are actively monitoring the health and wellbeing of all of our people and respectfully promoting strict personal hygiene measures among our workforce. Every vehicle is also routinely cleaned to the highest standard for your safety and comfort including enhanced infection control measures multiple times a day.
We are working closely with our government partners and industry to ensure our response and behaviour remain consistent with official health and transport advice while continuing to deliver our world-class services.
